ONLINE PRESENTATION 2020
Making Enforcement Applications to ARLA
Presented by Mr Rob Abbott
From your NZILLI Committee
As the first of what we hope will be a series of webinars or online presentations of various topics, the NZILLI committee have arranged two sessions on the topic “Making Enforcement Applications to ARLA”. Each session will cover the same content – you pick the session you want to attend. The presentation will cover sections 280 & 285 of SSAA; the ‘allegations’ that can be made; elements of offences; Vicarious and Strict liability; mens rea; drafting an allegation; drafting an application; presenting evidence to ARLA and matters of proof.
The two sessions will be presented by me using Zoom. The sessions will be held on Tuesday 8 September beginning at 2pm and repeated on Wednesday 9 September at 10am. Each session will last about 1 hour depending on questions.
You can book into one of the sessions by clicking on this link: https://nzilli.setmore.com. From there select the zoom webinar and then the session you want to attend (note - you must also click on the time slot to proceed!), provide your contact details, and then confirm the information. Attached are some more detailed instructions.
Once enrolled you will be sent a confirmation email. On the day prior to the session a zoom link to the session and some additional material will be sent.
