The ARLA rehearing of the Christchurch supermarket appeals took place on 26,27 and 28th July 2017. The Christchurch Inspectors involved (Allison Houston and Paul Spang) gave clear indication to the Judge that a number of DLCs are adjourning hearings and decisions awaiting the outcome of this appeal. They requested direction from ARLA in this regard.
